Return Policy

1. GST will be collected from all customers on goods and services wherever applicable

2. Bill payments can be made through

  • Online Transfer
  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • Demand Draft
  • Cheque in favour of proprietor M/S Sandeep Kumar

Services are offered only to the extent of the amount paid towards the treatments/services/packages

Refund is not allowed and can only be transferred towards customer referrals/any other services/products

Consultation is valid only for 10 days

All credits and gift vouchers will have to be fully utilised before the expiry date as specified

Exchange shall be done only if the product is defective, which should be notified by the customer within 10 days of purchase and invoice of the same should be presented along with the product.

Products brought under discount or promotions cannot be exchanged

Skinos reserves the right to alter or modify any terms and conditions at any point of time without assigning any reason or prior notice whatsoever

In case of any dispute, the same shall be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

The products can be exchanged or returned within 2 days after delivery. In the following situations the products will not be returned, exchange or canceled.

  • Product is altered due to misappropriation/overuse
  • Product is opened or modified by the customer
  • If order is received after 2 business days of order delivery, the returns will not be accepted.

Procedure for Exchange/Return/Refund:

Wrong Item Delivered:

Step 1 - To request a replacement, email [email protected] within 2 days of receiving the damaged item, including pictures of the damage and your order ID, or call 8010888111.

Step 2 - We will review your replacement request and, if approved, send our courier partner to collect the incorrect product.

Step 3 - Please allow us up to 48 working hours to process your request.

Step 4 - We will be able to provide you with an alternate route if our reverse pick up service is not available at your location.

Step 5 - As soon as we receive the wrong product from you, we will ship the replacement product (if it is in stock) or refund you.

Item Damaged

How are returns processed?

Once you request to return a product, we will arrange for a courier to pick it up within 5-7 business days. The product will then be checked by our quality control team and, if it meets the standards, an exchange or refund will be initiated.

Additional Information

The exchange will arrive within 5-7 days. INR 150 will be charged for shipping and pickup for exchanges. INR 300 will be deducted from the total refund for undamaged and correct product returns. Lost or damaged product returns are non-refundable and ineligible for exchange. Skinos reserves the right to change policy without notice.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the order is processed and shipped. We cannot cancel orders once the order has been processed and shipped.

Refund Policy

If you need to return or cancel an item, we will process the refund once we have received the item back and confirmed that it is in good condition.

Prepaid orders – The amount will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days. Cash on Delivery payments will be transferred to your Paytm account or bank account, depending on your preference.

Once the request is processed, a refund will be initiated. If you are still contacted for delivery, please don't accept the delivery.
